Lutheran Care Center at Concord Village is a licensed skilled nursing care center. With 120 long-term beds and 40 short-term beds, LCC is considered mid-sized, which means our residents can receive individualized care. Our mission is to care for people’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our tradition is Lutheran, but our residents come from all faith backgrounds.

Our modern facility looks more like an upscale retirement residence than a nursing care center. From the minute you walk into the plant-filled atrium lobby, you’ll feel our commitment to providing an atmosphere of compassionate care where seniors can live out their later years with quality, respect and dignity.

For those who need more extended care, our staff consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants, social workers, registered dietitians and physical, occupational and speech therapists.
